# Martian wallet - at the Aptos forefront

Since its launch in June, Martian has become the most widely used wallet on **Aptos** and the **Move** ecosystem.

After the Aptos mainnet launch on October 18, the company saw 650,000 total installs in just seven days. Within the first three days of the mainnet launch, more than 2 million transactions were successfully approved through Martian's wallet.

The company has also received a grant from Aptos and has partnerships with various decentralized applications, including Tortuga, Aptos Name Service, Topaz, Souffl3, and more.

Martian's founders emphasized the importance of security in their wallet. With the Aptos system design, users can obtain a new set of keys in the event of private key theft or exposure. The company's wallet and smart contracts are audited by Ottersec, a leading blockchain audit firm that has worked with Solana, LayerZero, and Serum.

Martian is designed with simplicity and security in mind, allowing users to interact with decentralized applications in a user-friendly manner. The company also supports web3 native notifications, which will greatly improve the wallet's user experience.
