从Sepolia测试网到Taiko2层

Taiko2层留一些eth，然后从Taiko2层再跨0.2-0.3到Eldfell L3层

swap0.1eth换成BLL、HORSE、TTKOe的一种，换哪一种，后面任务都用这一种

换0.1-0.12eth
