ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN DANIEL, with their arms and amputated legs, is hanging onto the back of The MINER who is holding onto a block spinning in ether. MINER Hold tight, Daniel. DANIEL Oi! MINER It’s happening! At the sound of a snap the block stops and a new one starts. The MINER and DANIEL move to the new block. DANIEL It’s happening! What is my name? Is it Sally, is it Blue Boy? MINER Daniel. DANIEL Is it... aah? The process repeats: snap, new block, The MINER and DANIEL move to the new block. MINER Before you change your name. DANIEL Is it Samson? MINER There is something I wish to ask you. DANIEL Is it Su... is it Patrick? Is my name Patrick? Snap. New block. Move. MINER Uh, not yet. DANIEL Aargh. MINER We are bridging blockchains from Ethereum to Namecoin. DANIEL Ok, what did you want to ask? Snap. New block. Move. MINER Well, I fear that we will not be frens when your identity updates. DANIEL (leaning in) Lend me your ear. MINER Ooh, that’s ticklish. Snap. New block. Move. DANIEL (singing) The more we are together the happier we’ll be. For my frens are your frens and your frens are my frens. A squishy sound emits from DANIEL’s stumps (amputated legs). MINER Oh, Daniel, your stumpies are squirting. DANIEL Stick em in and we can be connected forever, fren. MINER I trust you, fren. The MINER grabs the two stumps and sticks them into his ears. Snap. New block. DANIEL and MINER The mooarr we are together the happier we’ll beeeee for my frens are your frens and your frens are my frens. MINER (woozy) When are we gonna get there? Snap. New block. DEVOTED, a simple face composed of three dots, appears. DEVOTED Hello frens. MINER We have arrived! DEVOTED Welcome to Namecoin. The MINER and DANIEL, now frens, bridge from the Ethereum blockchain to the Namecoin blockchain with DEVOTED. END OF EPISODE
