# A Music PFP in the Making

Namaskaram everyone!

Been thinking a lot about making a music nft collection similar to Violetta’s moonshot. The way she has been in the space is phenomenal - kudos to her for her efforts.  
So yes! planning to go that route shortly. I know there’s a narrative about the audience that buys into PFP styled collections not entirely being true music fans - that they are there just for the money. I think to each their own, and true fans can always be created if i make quality music.

**The Mukti Ep**

For now, i have been working on a project, an EP of sorts, a collaboration with Ryan, Helium and Ricky swean. Amazing musicians in their own right. It’s called [Mukti](https://twitter.com/KRP_eth/status/1542102586865614850?s=20&t=NDQEluazFAr--F9hfEx0TA), and it features 2 unique songs. Names tba.

Release in 3 phases:

1.  A free mint on eth - Sneak peak into the project.
    
2.  Launch of Song 1 (Rudra? tentative name). Free minters of song 1 will get a discount.
    
3.  Launch of song 2 (probably a 1/1)
    

So yes, 3 different version. The first song will be a free Mint on eth, a sneak peak into what is going to come.

The full songs will be two versions or remixes of the same song. One a more rockier version of the two, another featuring more of my bansuri with Ryan and ricky. The rock in it ofc is all Brandon, massive shoutout to him. I think we will be cooking up more magic in the days, months and hopefully years to come. Love the way we are working right now - man his chops on the electric guitar are too good.

I am planning to launch one of the songs as open editions on Bonfire. The other probably as editions or as a 1/1. I am hoping to have at least 100 people snapping up the free mint, and at least 70 people picking up the editions based song.

Finally, a cherry on top would be a music video release of one of the two songs. Yet to get to the down on that with Brandon.. don’t know how that is going to look like. Will probably start editing and stuff when the editions are sold out or something.

**Nifty Sax Program**

Also, i am hopefully going to start working with Nifty Sax’s team! They are doing some incredible work there with artists and i am pretty sure it will help me shoot forward on lost time. Im late in the space! haha.
