# Tiny Bytes: Anxious Poems

All of a sudden It comes. Washing over me Worry. Sadness. Weight My parents notice before I do. Air slowly leaves my body. The feelings come back. I am heavier, more uncertain. Must move forwards. Life is made of waves. Energy flows. Up and down. The cycles repeat. Writing down these thoughts help. It identify and captures the feelings. Known and trapped they do less harm. But small amounts of worry still escape. Will someone else read these thoughts? Will I get in trouble?
