Those artists have had a historically hard time breaking through into NFTs. Little Cactus Friends is a launchpad to help Pixel Artists understand the entire cycle of a functional web3 project. We’re convinced NFTs can help pixel-artists exploring new techniques of creation & benefit our holders at the same time in many ways. To start our journey we’re proud to present you our first Little Cactus Friends NFT collection! `777` randomly generated cute cacti profile pictures designed by our sole artist: Joree.Our ambition is to support a wide array of artists in web3 and we will strive to have the tightest-knit community in all of it! We’re already in discussion with some Pixel Artists to get them into the ship. By the end of the year, **3-5 Pixel Artists will join our team into the launchpad**. Thanks to what the LCF collections will consist of art, made by various artists in a collaborative endeavor. The integration of Pixel Artists in our team is essential to support our ambition of reconciling artists and NFTs. 3\. They’ll work on future NFT collections but also on airdrops and other assets for our `SPIKEVERSE`. Creators are, and will always stay at the heart of the LCF project and be free to fully express their feelings into their art. Future collections will be designed in a collaborative way, exploring new features to unleash the creative potential of NFTs for artists. Just so you can imagine what it’s about, we could add the creation of physical assets to back an NFT collection: holders could receive a statue of their PFP for example. Meaning every collection in the future will have its **own utility** and **art style**. As it is still in its early days, NFT can sometimes be assimilated as a threat for creators that misunderstand the whole concept. A mission for our launchpad artists, will be to help learn more about the opportunities it presents. Our Pixel Art Lessons will contribute to this, but in the end, thanks to all the work of LCF’s Pixel Artists, creators should get a better understanding of what a NFT can add in their creativity process. ### Building a community of Pixel Artists Our community will be gathered around the $SPIKE Token, the keystone of our ecosystem. One of the core goals will be to educate our members, so we will soon launch a lot of resources to help them get at ease with web3 such as **weekly Pixel Art lessons or livestreams**. Those masterclasses will be run on livestreams or uploaded by our in-house Pixel Artists. Every holder of the Genesis LCF will be able to vote to define the way and the form the biweekly Pixel Art Lessons should take. Cacti frens, we’re counting on you! With our launchpad Pixel Artists, we aim to create an example of a great NFT collection, physically backed that bridges between both physical and digital worlds. We could imagine for example declining our PFP collection through a series of 3D statues that will be given to holders. But it is just one possibility between an infinite number of art directions. He dedicates himself to designing pixel landscapes, assets, environments and characters.
