这是Blockscan团队（是Etherscan旗下产品线）做的一个类似微信的聊天应用。目前只有网页版。你可以用以太坊钱包登录，跟其他人聊天。这个产品主要是链下的消息聊天。但它其实也有链上消息聊天的版本，叫idm。链上消息聊天，就是发起一笔转账，把信息写在自定义字段里，这要花费一些手续费。
