# Getting started

This is a brand new world for me. Coding. Crypto. DeFi. Every day I read something that upends my understanding of how things work. It’s exciting. A little scary, but if you’re not a little bit scared you aren’t learning fast enough. If you’re new to crypto too: say hi! It’s more fun learning with friends. If you want a study partner to learn Python or Solidity with, get in touch. If you know crypto back to front already: I’d love to learn from you. And if you’re me reading back over this post in six months’ time: I hope you’ve gone out and built something by now. This world moves fast. Don’t get left behind.
