Something to think about:

*   1 + 1 = 2 - prove this is true using 2 physical dollar bills. Okay, that was easy.
    
*   Now prove 1 \* 1 = 1 using the same 2 physical dollar bills.
    
    *   Where does the other dollar go? Explain it to a 5-year-old.
        
*   There is no answer on Google, it’s a problem that can only be resolved in your head. Maybe I’ll explain it in a future post if enough people care to find out my answer.
