Welcome to our 94th weekly report. **1\. Welcome New Friends** =========================== * **Eureka:** With over a decade of operational experience, I've dabbled in community management and early-stage market development. I've also participated in numerous hackathons. In 2020, I formally entered the blockchain industry, learning about LXDAO at the Wamiao event and developing a keen interest in it. Currently, I am in a phase of self-directed learning, dedicated to exploring areas of personal interest. I have a deep understanding of Conflux and Cosmos and am also keeping an eye on the Solana and Sui ecosystems. My goal is to become more familiar with the various aspects of Web3 projects. By joining LXDAO, I aim to take part in some exciting projects and continue participating in hackathons. We are delighted to have new friends join the community, congratulations on them officially becoming members of the LXDAO community and obtaining their first Badge! Once a community member’s contribution reaches 500 contribution points, the Governance Group will automatically initiate a proposal for the issuance of a Buidler Card. Holding an LXDAO Buidler Card grants the holder the right to propose and vote on proposals, as well as access to LXDAO community’s financial, technical, and manpower support! **2\. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: LXDAO governance rules, quarterly summaries, whitepaper writing, token economic design, community conflict resolution, proposal initiation, etc. **Last Week** * Sort out the issues with the multi-country treasury solution and organize a consensus. * Organize the process for the quarterly meeting. * Advance the ARB Grants proposal. * Organize the first narrative co-reading meeting. * Set up the LXDAO action dashboard. * Produce several pieces of content on the topic of governance. **This Week** * Follow up on last week's progress. **| Expert Group** ================== Expert Group: Composed mainly of seasoned experts in various fields. Work includes but is not limited to: expert consultations, code reviews, special topic research, technical sharing, etc. **Last Week** * Analyze the L2 gas for ZK and OP Rollup and write a research article. * Organize next Wednesday's online sharing event. * Contact and Business Development (BD) with Chainlink CCIP. * Investigate the operation of Expresso nodes. **This Week** * Execute and implement Wednesday's online sharing session. * Advance last week's tasks. * Write the second article in the Restaking series. **|Operation Group** ==================== Operation Grop: Primarily responsible for the community management of LXDAO. Job functions include but are not limited to: community operations, new member acquisition, enhancing community influence, content creation and management, media branding, business development, etc. **Last Week** Basics * Daily guidance for new members, community operations and promotion, communication, etc. * Conduct data analysis and organization of historical hackathons and other offline events.
