早上去锻炼，方姐带了五香卤蛋分给大家，只是淡淡的一点咖啡色，尝了一个，却说不出的好吃，吃完唇齿留香，意犹未尽。方姐的婆家世代开着中药铺，熟谙各种草药的性味功效，在寻常饮食中也琢磨出不少独特的药膳。记得秋天柑橘上市，她建议我们不要扔橘子皮，洗净撕掉筋瓤，清炒，是一道好菜，也是她家饭桌上秋天的经典菜，开胃化食，妙得很。这一次，卤蛋迥异于我之前所有做过的、尝过的，不知里面又是什么独家的秘籍。
