1.  of course, you must first **prepare your metamask** for use on the Harmony mainnet. Here is a step-by-step tutorial on [how to do so](https://docs.harmony.one/home/network/wallets/browser-extensions-wallets/metamask-wallet);

2.  **Obtain the ONE Address**. Search your address at [https://explorer.harmony.one/#/](https://explorer.harmony.one/#/) (Mainnet)(On top of the block explorer you can change the address format from ETH to ONE, which starts from “one#########”). You can also go to metamask and click “View account in explorer” to find your ONE address;

3. You’ll need some **$ONE token for gas**, which you can buy via either Binance or MEXC. Then you can withdraw from there to your metamask address (!!! Please keep in mind you must tranfer through the Harmony mainnet!!!). I found it’s cheaper if you just withdraw all the funds you need all in $ONE token format (for example, if you plan to deposit $500 DAI, just buy $500 ONE token instead), and easier to transfer to metamask/harmony chain (of course, there might be differences if $ONE prices changing)

4. Then you can go to **Sushiswap**, which supports Harmony chain as well. Here is where you can swap $ONE to $DAI here and save them to your metamask account.
