GPS 38.70051147339706, -7.7836853686142735 The Palácio do Conde de Azarujinha is an Alentejo palace located in the town of Azaruja, in the parish of São Bento do Mato, in the municipality of Évora, in Portugal.Description This is a simple building, with a single floor above the ground floor, in a neoclassical style built during the 19th century. It was in front of this palace that the free fairs were held. Separated by a small street is the palatial church, a building that completes the complex. It is traditionally believed that in one of the rooms occupied by the Army Headquarters of D. From here, two tugs of war departed for Évoramonte Castle, where the Convention that put an end to the liberal struggles was signed.
