Some people live in a dream-like state

Others ask me if I believe in fate

I tell’em everyday is mayday

What are we missing?

We came such a long way

But it seems we are not here to stay

Maybe we need more kissing

We used to fly high in the sky

Have dreams and goals

Live like kings

But now we worry if our lips are dry

If you our makeup holds

And if our iphone pings

\*\* \*\*

The Universe is upset

But we think we are all set.
