In Web2, right now "the modern version of the internet , everything is leased to us from the company that holds the license; Apple with Itunes, Amazon with e-books, nothing more. They are not create the content, yet the vehicle.

4 big disruptions that Web 3 brings :

**Web3 is decentralized.** Instead of large swathes of the internet controlled and owned by centralized entities, ownership gets distributed amongst its builders and users.

**Web3 is permissionless.**

Everyone has equal access to participate in Web3, and no one gets excluded.

**Web3 has native payments.**

It uses cryptocurrency for spending and sending money online instead of relying on the outdated infrastructure of banks and payment processors.

**Web3 is trustless.**

It operates using incentives and economic mechanisms instead of relying on trusted third-parties.

**web 3 and Single ID (VCs).**

Wallets will replace profiles and provide a single entity, single ID. Web 3 is bringing VCs verifiable Credentials.

Web 3.0 is the internet owned by users. We are living through a really interesting moment right now in the evolution of the internet, we do not see In the short- to medium-term moving away from Web2 any time soon. What we do expect is to see Web3 grows, it is slowly absorbing and integrating Web2 to the point that it almost becomes a portal for Web3.
