# Idea: A Micro-YouTuber Network for Digital Products

I’ve been thinking about a simple and fair way to work with smaller YouTubers. Not a full-blown agency. More like an experiment.

The Core Idea
=============

Small YouTubers with 100 to 20,000 subscribers would get a commission on every sale through their unique link.

Most of the revenue goes to them. A smaller share stays for coordination and a bonus pool for the top performers.

Products would be digital: courses, software, tools from platforms like Digistore24 or ClickBank.

Everything would be transparent. Affiliate links, performance tracking, and a Discord hub for communication.

The revenue split I picture looks like this:70% of all sales combined go to YouTubers, shared equally.10% go to those who actually made a sale, shared equally.20% stay with me for coordination and costs.

And if things went well, I’d even give up 5% of my share to boost the partners’ pool.

Why Micro-YouTubers
===================

Smaller creators have an edge.

Their audiences trust them more. Engagement rates are higher. And at the end of the day, trust is what sells.

In theory, a micro-YouTuber could bring more conversions than a channel with millions of subs.

How I Tested It
===============

I tried it for one month.

Bought leads on Fiverr. Sent cold emails. Reached out to YouTubers in different niches.

The result wasn’t great.

Most ignored me. Some thought I was a scammer.

That’s why I call this an idea, not a polished project. I just wanted to see if anyone would bite.

The Risks
=========

Fake traffic and bots.Heavy competition.Algorithm shifts on YouTube or TikTok that can kill reach overnight.Compliance rules like GDPR and FTC guidelines.

Where It Could Go
=================

I don’t know yet.

Maybe it needs better outreach than cold emails.Maybe it needs more credibility. Or different products.

But the core question keeps me curious: what if you could build a network of micro-YouTubers that’s fair, transparent, and performance-based?

For now, it’s just an idea. With a few attempts, a few mistakes, and maybe the chance to grow one day beyond its test phase.
