# 韩国2022年多户住宅基准房价上涨17.22% 涨幅连续两年保持两位数

韩联社报道，据韩国国土交通部23日公布的“2022年全国多户住宅基准房价预案”，韩今年全国多户住宅基准房价上涨17.22%，涨幅连续两年保持两位数。 具体来看，2017年至2020年全国多户住宅基准房价缓慢上涨，分别为4.44%、5.02%、5.23%、5.98%。但楼市价格大涨推高基准房价，近两年涨幅高达36.27%。
