Early-startup member in a 7-people team in the CRM space. Implemented 3rd-party integrations such as Segment, Stripe, Salesforce, and Slack as well as the Automations and Actions features in an “infinitely” scalable microservice, event-driven architecture. (Java, Python, HGraphDB/Gremlin, BigTable, PubSub, gRPC)

Led main features of the product end-to-end and ultimately responsible for the delivery of a notifications microservice, an integrations backend for 3rd party connections, and, most notably, an object–access management engine that enabled customer expansions of more than $2.5M, among other features (_Golang, Ruby, Kafka, Node_).
