I mean I might be happy, or have happy thoughts, just because I am sitting here. That seems to be a better motivation than being motivated because I want to be happy. All right. The mood of today is fairly good. I have no motivation at all to go anywhere. And the physical activity is a little bit more than is usual, so there is that motivation that goes beyond the physical activity. And I have come up with the word "relaxed". I feel comfortable enough to relax. And so that is where I am at now. The relaxed mood, with the motivation of relaxation, you get the cycle. The motivation, relaxation, motivation, relaxation. Why relax? Lorenzo Kugelmann: Well, to get a good result. We talked about motivation and we talked about motivation for exercising. And that's why relaxation is very important because once we have the motivation, the thinking goes through, we can start to make a schedule and achieve the desired results. The relaxation takes care of that next level of planning. It's a practical way to get the results, but it also takes care of the thinking that has to go through in order to achieve the results. So relaxation is an excellent thing to do if you want to get good results from a physical activity. That's probably the most direct way to get the motivation, because the stress of working out is very hard. I don't know if you've been running for a while. Running is very stressful. That's the thing. If you're tired of doing it and it's making you feel bad, then that's a good idea to just stop. So when we're dealing with someone who doesn't understand the physical aspect of working out, we say "Relax". Because that's what happens, it relaxes the muscles and the muscles become soft. It takes away the tension. I like that idea of relaxing. It's very good. Victor Adelson: I'm not going to relax. Lorenzo Kugelmann: Relax, well relax yourself anyway, because it's not good that you do it just because somebody says "do this". Relax yourself. And there is a little thing I said before, relax the muscles, but don't relax the mind. There is a lot of things that you can do. And the relaxation can be a little more than just mentally taking a break. You have to think about what you're going to do next. Do the exercises again. Relax the body, the legs, that's good. The legs are doing well. Relax the arms, relax them. So relaxation is part of the process. The relaxation can be mental. The mind can be relaxed. The body is relaxing. But if the mind is just relaxed, then it's not a good day. So it's important to relax the mind as well. The relaxation has to be within the mind.
