# First Solidify smart contract

Dusting off the old github account to learn solidify seems like a good move. Also, have been using this Bitdegree platform that helps gamify some of the learning I have been doing.

I’m so glad I learned node.js back in graduate school a decade ago. Back then it was fairly new but I really liked the modular approach so I went for it building a web socket app for a presentation tool.
