Seven Rhythms To Shaoshan June, 1959 I arrived at Shaoshan on June 25, 1959, thirty-two years after I left this place The dream of parting vaguely curses the passing river, the hometown thirty-two years ago. The red flag rolls up the serf's halberd, the black hand hangs high on the overlord's whip. For the sake of sacrifice, I dare to teach the sun and the moon to change into a new sky. I am happy to see a thousand waves of rice beans, heroes everywhere under the sunset smoke.
