We used to build solutions that allowed, for example, a Northern European bank to sell a savings product with 7% yield.Seven percent (a few years later, the Great Financial Crisis would hit - but that's another story).When building that software, developers and product managers were collaborating using a methodology quite fancy but still unusual at the time. Despite it being already a couple of decades in the making, this approach was not yet widely popular.
