An underground community-run record label built by [Mija](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mija_\(DJ\)) and managed by the Artists

**How it works:**

There are 2 group chats (‘_Group Chat_’, and ‘_Artists’_)

**_‘Group Chat’_** is for anyone and everyone who would like to join. Everybody starts here

_‘_**_Artist Chat’_** is a side-chat only for the artists who have released music, or have scheduled upcoming releases

**All music is submitted through the website form**

Once a song has been submitted through the website, it remains archived forever and can be nominated at anytime by anyone in _Artist Chat_

**1x per month** the _Artist Chat_ collectively nominates and votes on which songs they would like to include in the upcoming VA (Various Artist Compilation)

**There is 1 VA Compilation per month**

Once a new artist is confirmed for an upcoming VA, they are invited into the _Artist Chat_

Royalty splits are 90/10 in the Artists favor across DSP platforms (Spotify, Apple, etc)

50/50 splits for alternative revenue sources (web3, merch, bandcamp)

All deals are **non-exclusive**

All ETH earned by the label is kept in 1 wallet controlled by the _Artist Chat_

All label decisions are made in the _Artist Chat_ via voting committees

**Free music for those who dig**  
We sell music on various platforms, but there is always a sneaky free download link found in the Artist profiles on the website (Artists can use a gated link if preferred)

**Big on memes**  
Our social media is a reflection of the memes shared in our group chats

**We supply templates for cover art**, but it’s up to you to promote your music

**Use the Group Chat to your advantage** Build hype, do a remix swap, get creative

**Collaboration posts on social media**  
We will always accept your posts and do our best to match your effort

The success of the label is dependent on the _Artists_ who are releasing music

**There are no label budgets** unless voted on by the _Artist Chat_

**This is a DIY label / social experiment**
