**This brings up several questions:**

_1、Are you panicking?_

_2、Are you FUDing ETH?_

_3、Have you sold your ETH ?_

**Here’s my perspective:**

1、Feeling panic is natural, but if you do, ask yourself whether your investment exceeds your financial tolerance. Reevaluate your portfolio and adjust if needed. When financial resilience doesn’t match emotional resilience, market volatility can easily lead to fear and irrational decisions.

2、Criticism often highlights a lack of understanding. If you celebrate ETH during bull runs but criticize it during downturns, it likely means you never fully grasped its value or significance.

3、Why sell all your ETH to pick a side? Holding ETH doesn’t stop you from simultaneously exploring Solana or other ecosystems. You can focus on researching specific ecosystems without letting noise or emotions dictate your portfolio choices. Rationality and balance are key to navigating this space effectively.
