# LP Jam 10/30 Update

hey everyone, thanks for contributing to the jam so far.  
  
Here’s what we’ve got going on.  
  
1/ Explain overall “meta” of the jams and clearly define the organizational structure + voting  
  
2/ Create forum / vote on fund management (cont.)

Overview of LP Jams
-------------------

Right now here is a complete overview of the jams and how they are working.  
  
1x weekly event (LP Jam) Monday’s at 2:30 pm UTC. Current format will continue until we decided to add / improve it.  
\*some individuals have discussed adding additional events. this can allow us to test different content formats and increase viewership (different hours)\*\*

Fund Management :  
Right now we have (2) multisigs.  
**LP Jam Funding** : a “bank account” for the LP Jams. We have decided that will distribute these funds to LP Army members who show positive track records. We are still deciding on how to implement this. (ps: I would like to keep ~20sol for use during jams. this is an adequate amount to LP with during the jams)  
  
**LP Jam Treasury** : this account consists of all of the profits we’ve generated from LP jams prior to 10/23. Currently the fund is not being allocated to anything. We need to decide how to best use these funds  
  
Voting / Amending the LP Jams :  
as of right now we are allowing anyone to propose new ideas and vote on them. We’ve assumed a 60% majority being required to “pass” a proposal

Discussion Topics
-----------------

the next topics we need to discuss / vote on are  
1\. how are we going to vote on / approve LPrs (mebe allow people to nominate someone and then they get approved by multisig?)  
2\. how much should some one receive (mebe start at x sol and increase to Y after proof of profitability?)  
3\. how do we align individual LP efforts with group goals (we had been requiring DLMMrs to make content on X sharing info about their LPs)  
4\. Should we incorporate profit share, and if so, how much? How should we distribute profits / utilize them effectively?  
5\. How do we increase “group think” / team efforts in LPing and in overall Jam “meta”
