A mega party of foreign agents is taking shape. Only for some reason, it is without Oksi, Zemfira, and Nogu Svelo. It will be a mini-region-an analogue of the small Luzhniki arena. Just for your information, this is not that Wembley where Fedya Mercury jumped. But 13 000 people in London who speak Russian is strong and large-scale. What do you think about that?
