This tune was an anthem during the 1998 FIFA World Cup and leitmotif for the Austin Powers trilogy of films. God save me, a sinner, "Soul Bossa Nova" was the title melody in the show "Foreplay" with Serge Gorely from "Comedy Club". I didn't think that I would ever write about this on my channel. And it was Quincy Jones who created this legendary instrumental back in 1961 in a record 20 minutes. ## Publication Information - [michelleherna](https://paragraph.com/@michelleherna/): Publication homepage - [All Posts](https://paragraph.com/@michelleherna/): More posts from this publication - [RSS Feed](https://api.paragraph.com/blogs/rss/@michelleherna): Subscribe to updates ## Optional - [Collect as NFT](https://paragraph.com/@michelleherna/-1): Support the author by collecting this post - [View Collectors](https://paragraph.com/@michelleherna/-1/collectors): See who has collected this post
