# Future 101

The future is happening. FAST.

Here are the 5 principles you need to stay up to speed:

**Be Adaptable**

'When everything changes, change everything.'

In the past, personal change took months or years.

Here, you iterate daily. Every night, let go of the old. Every morning, embrace the new.

Each day, become a more potent complete version of yourself.

**Be Global**

Here, we celebrate the best ideas humanity has to offer.

Real progress depends not just on the method, but on the data. What's required is the widest range of the highest quality data.

Seek out input from all around the globe. The less familiar, the better.

**Be Self Actualized**

In the past, you were told who to be and what to do.

Here, the opposite is required. You must be yourself, fully.

Do the inner work to uncover the gem of your creative genius. Then align with it, daily.

**Create**

In the past, you were a consumer.

Here you are a creator.

To add value, you must bring your creative genius to the world: your original and authentic ideas and creations.

Or, create your own world.

**Communicate Cleanly**

In the past, you were defined by language, location, culture, gender, and other attributes.

Here, you are defined by your energy and how you express your ideas and creations.

Bring value.

And communicate with kindness. That's still cool!
