On the 13th of June, Paras held an AMA event with Isaac Misa from MTVRS. We and the community ask several questions regarding “The architect’s devices” and how the project will go moving forward. Andini:Let’s begin with the first questions! How does MTVRS start? What makes you and the MTVRS creators to form MTVRS?

Isaac: It started with

Our dream was small in the beginning, we wanted to create an app for Metamon where we can attach logic to NFTs in order to enable blockchain games & experiences like surprise pack redemption and evolution.

And our ultimate goal with Metamon is to build a video game where you could use the NFTs and battle other collectors to win prizes. So we started building our app and we quickly realized that what we are developing can benefit a lot of artists and developers looking to create blockchain-powered experiences and games. And if we were to work with them, we can build something much much bigger and more attractive to players & collectors. That’s how MTVRS was born!

We’re now collaborating with amazing artists to create good quality content (games/experiences) and working with them to develop a template of tools they can use in their creation process. On the other side of things we’re collaborating with devs on both mini-games and the Metamon video game to showcase the possibilities of integrating blockchain assets into web and mobile games and through that we will release an API for anyone to integrate blockchain assets into their games.

Isaac: We don't have any constraints on what type of content you can create, in fact we leave it open ended for our creators! We're writing custom contracts for each game depending on what features the creators want in their game. For instance some creators want to modify the contracts to allow for a CYOA card game or different mechanics for combining NFTs together and so on. After the first 25–50 games on our platform we believe we will have a wide enough set of rules, logic and economics that any new creator on the platform can use simply.

Andini: As a new player in the game, what is your recommendation to be played first and why?

Isaac: It depends on what you like! Metamon was created for ppl like me who love Pokémon and Digimon :P If that’s not something you enjoy, that’s OK! We have a bunch of different games coming that I am sure you will find your match!

At this point you can start hunting Metamon through surprise packs and unlocking rarer versions of them through evolution! Over the next weeks, we will release new games and features that will add more fun and excitement around the games.

Isaac: Our vision is to create a real metaverse where we can take one asset from one game and have value in another. The first metaverse feature we will release will be earning tokens in one game that is redeemable in another, there are interesting DeFi elements to that, we’re still working on it so more details will be available with our whitepaper. Connecting the world is one of the most exciting challenges in our opinion!

Isaac: Our core team is hard at work to develop new features like upgrades to UI/UX, leaderboards for games, a P2P marketplace, Play to Earn mechanisms, and more!

Community |Bolia664: Too many projects promise magic but never release any working product or prove any revenue, Within a short/long time of release. Is it like this? If not can u tell us, What makes it different from other projects?

Isaac: This is something that many of you have addressed in your questions. There have been many scams out there in the crypto world, and that’s something so unfortunate because it reflects badly on all of us. The MTVRS team is here for the long-run, we’re committed to building something that you can enjoy and trust. As you see, we have already released the first version of our platform, and we are committed to continuously build it to be better. Over the next weeks and months you will see more features and games coming out, we are also releasing a whitepaper to showcase our long term plan and commitment to you.
