因为是测试网，很多东西并不是尽善尽美，尽量跟着步骤做。 领水地址： https://testnet-beacon-faucet.altlayer.io/ beacon-stake任务： 1.链接小狐狸 2.点 Manage Delegations，进入下一页面 点击 ‘Select a Validator’按钮 随意选择一个 1.输入额度（最好选1）不要有小数点 2.不用动 3.点击 ‘Delegate’ 1.可以点击Compound Ratio 调整比例 2.点击取消Staking 需要等待2个round, 可以看到目前2377，我可以在2379 withdraw 可以点勾去除ALT，完成。 Rollup Staking教程： 网址： https://testnet-staking.altlayer.io/ 先把ETH 换成 WETH： 点击下面网址： https://weth.altlayer.io/transfer 1.链接小狐狸 2.输入额度 3.点击deposit 回到测试网： 1.链接小狐狸 2.点击按钮 3.点击顺眼的 1.点击额度 2.点击approve 3.小狐狸点击max 4.点击next 很多人approve 后没有办法点击stake. 这里需要把第1步的额度删掉，点击Max, 就可以stake了。 1.点击claim，小狐狸确认 2.点击cooldown to unstake,取出。 需要等15分钟 15分钟后刷新一下页面 点击MAX，这里也会有几率出现问题，可以刷新页面，点击MAX而不是输入额度。 点击redeem就可以啦。完成。
