This article goes through the details of fundraising for the next phase of Project BAE - $BAE Defi tokens.

My Copilot Bae is a community-driven project and this structure helps us to ladder unto the each round on the roadmap whilst growing the community and utilities/ revenue.

1) Genesis: Seed round
----------------------

**Objectives**

*   Fund marketing of Bae Waifu NFTs sales (3,000 supply)
    
*   Platform to gather [OG Founding Captains](https://bit.ly/baepass) and community growth
    

**Token unlock**

*   Raise 12,000 at $0.12
    
*   20% TGE, 2 Mth Cliff, 80% unlocked over 12 weeks
    

**Option for liquidity providers to:**

*   Sell - Project buyback tokens at 30% premium (smart contract to be created to enable this option to be exercised)
    
*   Follow token vesting schedule above
    

2) Bae Waifu NFT Sales round
----------------------------

Supply: 3,000

Target Raise: 100-120 ETH

3) Private Sales (Woke Captain NFT Holders)

This is a supplementary round for [Woke Captain NFT holders](https://mycopilotbae.netlify.app/).

Community feedback is that this [adds utility](https://mirror.xyz/mycopilotbae.eth/7XCObY31kcUjeHbkEv4YluJqbe17MfhaDMo0eNsfV3I) to the collection and is inclusive for Pioneer Captains who came in early in Baeverse. At least before the public.

Up to $50 per NFT, $0.24/ $BAE

*   Maximum raise: $62,850
    
*   10% TGE, 2 Mth Cliff, 40% unlocked over 5 months, 50% as xBAE
    

4) Pinksale Pre-IDO (Mixed round)
---------------------------------

This is an optional round tabled in, as it allows for project marketing exposure out to non-NFT public. Our goal is to reach a mixed audience to optimize the outcome favorably.

Pre IDO Pinksale (Mixed) - $0.35/ $BAE

Target raise: $50,000 Max.

5) IDO
------

Platforms we are looking to launch: DAO Maker/ launchpads within the Arbitrum ecosystem.

This final round puts the project on the

1.  IDO (Public round) - $0.5/ $BAE
    
2.  Target raise
    

xBAE (Staked $BAE)
------------------

Up to 50% of $BAE will be unlocked as staked $BAE

This promotes an anti-dumping mechanism to protect price action for investors regardless of which rounds.

Emission rates for xBAE will be advised on a seperate entry.

We are looking at a locked staking mechanism with corresponding emission rates. Users will have the option to choose between the periods
