More often than not you will get stuck with a randomly generated JPEG that you don’t like or one that will not truly represent who you are in the Metaverse. As an innovative, fully-customizable NFT, MYPUNKS allows you to make infinite NFT combinations by combining items and faces, which are two individual NFTs, known as NFT Fusion. In this way, you are able to fuse your favorite items to your face, making a punk that truly represents who you are. However, holding an NFT in your wallet isn’t really fun as well. What if? What if you can generate an NFT from your NFT? We’ve come up with a novel tokenomics system that allows you to stake your MYPUNK and mine an extra NFT. * * * ### The Customizability Unlike other PFP projects, MYPUNKS has a _dual-NFT_ tokenomics. The **_Face_** is a randomly generated NFT with no backgrounds and traits. In this way, you will be able to customize the look and determine the traits yourself by fusing the **_Items,_** a randomly generated NFT with a variety of traits and can be fused or separated from the _Face_ whenever you want. The Face will be able to **fuse 7 kinds of Item** at maximum: * **Top** (Hair, Hats, etc.) * **Skin** (Beard, Acne, etc.) * **Eyes** (Sunglasses, Eyeshadow, etc.) * **Mouth** (Pipe, Lipsticks, Cigarette, etc.) * **Background** (Solid Color, Rainbow, etc.) * **Neck** (Choker, Necklace, etc.) * **Ear** (Earrings, Headphones, etc.) ### Trade Flexibility If you have put some items onto the face and want to trade this combination as a whole, no problem. MYPUNKS is designed in a way that **you can trade a single NFT, for example a _Face_ or an _Item_, or the whole combination**. When you trade the combination, the items go along with the combination. People who bought the combination would be able to separate the item from the combination, and fuse this item into other faces. ### NFT Mining MYPUNKS introduces a new concept of **_NFT Mining_**, in which part of the supply will be **mined** through the staking of your NFT. In this way, your NFT can generate some monetary value besides being a profile picture. By staking your combination (face fused with items) into the mining pool, you will be rewarded with _MYPUNKS($PUNK)_ Token, the ERC-20 Governance and Utility Token in MYPUNKS Ecosystem. Then you will be able to spend a certain amount of $PUNK token to claim an extra face or item. Another concept to make this game even more fun is: **_Productivity Multipliers_**, which is an attribute in the item directly affect the time needed to mine a new NFT. You can make your combination yield-efficient by combining up to 7 items with high productivity multipliers. ### The Dual-NFT Tokenomics **_Face_** - Total Supply: 6666 **3333 will be minted** and 3133 will be mined. **_Item_** - Total Supply: 19998 **9999 will be minted** and 9799 will be mined. 200 Faces and Items will be reserved for (marketing campaigns, giveaways, team, etc.) * * * NFT Minting =========== ### Whitelisting Whitelisted members will have have the **Early Access** to claim the Face for free. One face can be claimed for **free** per address. You can check our discord channel **_#club-mypunks_** to learn more about how to get whitelisted. ### Face Minting 3333 Faces will be minted free during **Genesis** by the whitelisted members. One face can be claimed for free per address. Once 3333 are all claimed, faces can be minted only through mining. Face Total Supply: 6666 Acquired by minting: 3333 Acquired by mining: 3133 If all faces are not claimed by the whitelisted members, then the remaining face will be pushed for Public Claim and then can be claimed by anyone. By holding the face, you will have the **_Early Access Pass_** to the Item minting, letting you mint the item prior to the public mint. ### Item Minting 9999 Items will be **exclusively claimed by the Face holders** in a certain period of time. The Exclusive Sale will last around 7-10 days. If Items are not sold out, then the remaining ones will be pushed for Public Claim with no restriction applied. 9999 will be minted in 4 rounds with a gradually increasing price. 50% of the total supply will be minted and 50% will be mined. Item Total Supply: 19998 Acquired by minting: 9999 Acquired by mining: 9799 Rounds: Price: Productivity Mul: 1(3333) -> 0.035 ETH 1.20x 2(3333) -> 0.045 ETH 1.25x 3(3333) -> 0.055 ETH 1.30x Items (from mining only, 50%): 9799 -> 0.00 ETH 1.00x The **Productivity Mul** designates the **_Productivity Multiplier_**. The higher the multiplier is, the more bonus you will be rewarded with $PUNK by staking NFT. The _Productivity Multiplier_ is set in a positive correlation with the price to compensate the price difference between each rounds. In other words, the earlier you mint the item, the lower price you will get but with a lower productivity in mining. The later you mint the item, the higher price you will pay, but with a higher productivity in mining. In this way, we make a balance between price and productivity and leave the choice to you. * * * Rarity Scores ------------- Every item and face will have a different attribute and will be tagged a rarity score. The rarity score is calculated based on the random generation statistics from the mysterious boxes. This score gives you only a reference about the rarity of the items but has no correlation with the aesthetic of your NFTs. When you make the combination from fusing items into the face, the rarity score of the combination will be calculated from the summation of item rarity scores and the face rarity score. Combination_RS = Σ(Item_RS) + Face_RS Further usage of the Rarity Scores will be addressed in the later part of this paper. Introducing the $PUNK Token =========================== The $PUNK Token will serve as both the Governance Token and the Utility Token for MYPUNKS. You will be able to claim $PUNK token by staking your combination into the staking pool. ### Tokenomics Total Supply - 1,000,000,000 PUNK Airdrop(5%) - 50,000,000 PUNK Incentives(5%) - 50,000,000 PUNK Staking Rewards(90%) - 9,000,000,00 PUNK ### Token Airdrops 5% $PUNK Token will be airdropped to the MYPUNKS combination holder. The amount of airdrop will be calculated based on two factors: **the productivity multipliers** and **the rarity scores of the combination**. Further details will be made regarding the airdrops in our social media. $PUNK Token Utilities --------------------- ### NFT Mining We’ve designed the tokenomics in a way that part of the supply of Items and Faces need to be mined. You will have to **pay a certain amount of $PUNK token** to claim those NFTs. When a new NFT is claimed, the **$PUNK Token spent will be burned**, and thus less $PUNK token will be in circulation. ### MYPUNKS V2 Minting MYPUNKS V2 will be an **exclusive** and **animated** collections for MYPUNKS Collectors only. This collection will be minted via $PUNK token only. The minting event will be announced in our #PUNK Club Channel. * * * NFT Mining ========== Instead of letting NFTs sit in the wallet, MYPUNKS holders are able to mine extra NFTs by staking their combinations. Here is the mining process: **Stake Combination** → **Get $PUNK Reward** → **Burn $PUNK for a new NFT** ### Staking Pool To get $PUNK Token, a user has to **hold a combination**. You can then stake the combination in to the _NFT Staking Pool_, a pool generating $PUNK token that can be claimed **anytime**. So if you need to make change for your combination or want to trade it in marketplace, you won’t lose the rewards. Your _yield_ will be calculated using the following formula. Each combination has a base yield of **2143 $PUNK per day**. The yield efficiency will be determined by each item’s productivity multiplier in the combination. PUNK_YIELD_PER_DAY = 2143 * Π(Item_PDM) _Π(Item\_PDM)_ designates for the product of Item _Productivity Multiplier_. For example, if you have 3 items with 1.15, 1.20, 1.25 PDM respectively, then your yield per day will be 2143\*(1.15\*1.20\*1.25\*)=3696.68 $PUNK/day. **The more items in the combinations, the higher the PDM of each item, the higher yield per day**. ### Mine an NFT Once you have certain amount of $PUNK, you are able to mine an item or face. In exchange, **you will burn a certain amount of $PUNK**: Random Item: 30000 $PUNK (no productivity mul) Random Face: 80000 $PUNK Legendary Item(Only 1000): 100000 $PUNK (1.30x productivity mul) Legendary Face(Only 500): 150000 $PUNK The random option will give you a random item with no _productivity multiplier_. However, you still have the chance to get some rare looking NFTs from this option.
