Passive Skill \[Toxin Bubble\]
------------------------------

Stein’s toxin bubbles will randomly appear on the battlefield every 2 seconds, lifting enemies into the air and stunning them for a short period. The bubbles will then burst and damage enemies from the fall.

Pocket Championship Skill \[Crippling Injection\]
-------------------------------------------------

When Stein is present, all friendly heroes’ normal attacks will apply a crippling injection to enemy units. The injection will last for 1.5 seconds and will decrease the attack,

defense, and healing rate of enemy units. This effect can be stacked up to 3 times.
