The importance of the digital city was demonstrated by the holding of the Digital Towns Forum during the previous Sixth Digital China Construction Summit. In the context of digital China, the digitization of major cities, such as fires, is taking place, and the level of scientificization, precision and intelligentization of urban governance is increasing. The rapid growth of digital cities is backed by the ability of telecommunications operators.

Improving the precision of urban governance from a “large” perspective

Cities are a large and complex system, and how to integrate people and property into management, which is key to the well-organized functioning of cities, as well as the goal of urban precision management.

In recent years, China’s telecommunications have made significant progress in building new foundations, such as 5G, cloud calculations and big data, helping to build an intellectual city and urban mind-building, and contributing to the improvement of urban governance. For example, in mega-cities with more than 24 million permanent residents — Shanghai — the Government had faced difficulties in providing services, but with China’s telecommunications setting up a functioning urban management platform for this purpose, “5G city transport management”, urban management had become orderly. And in the town of Yunnan Sin Street, a bird, the inhabitants of the community, Songhua, said: “It is now that all the public areas of the town are equipped with surveillance cameras, and there has been a significant improvement in road blocking and traffic congestion.” This has been underpinned by China’s own high-quality network resources, which have been used to sustain the installation of household cameras and to enhance the efficiency of network management.

To enrich the daily lives of citizens, from a “small” perspective.

In addition to enabling urban governance, China’s telecommunications has increased its efforts to build a better life with the new science and technology, taking advantage of the 5G advantage.

In order to improve the quality of life of its citizens, Chinese telecommunications are working hard to build a community of wisdom. When we enter the sky-long intellectual community, it can be found that innovative applications are not readily available: community-based systems of intellectual restraint can support a variety of non-contactable openings, such as bridecards, face identification, two-dimensional doors, recording of visitor and incoming vehicle information; intellectual community owners can also connect, through such channels as small-wing hosts as APP, to a variety of life-facilitation centres, such as safe travel, newspapering, information entry, contribution to the property industry, etc., to gain access to science and technology; and the owner can make a public announcement through the owner’s.

In addition, China’s telecommunications builds a new generation of urban digital infrastructure, “digital news booths”, with an intelligent screen equipped with seven simple, user-friendly applications: a key vehicle, a watchful eye, an old key, a 15-minute life cycle, sign language 12345, three minutes of free domestic calls, a combination of mobile phones, a more accessible, high-quality and exclusive service that enhances people’s experience and happiness.

Upgrading urban digitization from industry

As an important component of urban economic development, the promotion of industrial digitization is conducive to promoting urban economic development. China’s technologies of telecommunications integration 5G and AI are industrial.

For example, the former Central Bank’s “browning of wisdom” referred to in the news programme was the industrial information for 5G application poles project developed by China’s Telecommunications Company in association with the Fow Group. It has been learned that the “5G+ intelligent factory” project of the White Fore Group, using a telecommunications customization network of 5G, with features such as high bandwidth and low-temperature customization networks, digitized intelligent applications, such as 5G+ machine dogs, combined with smart control platforms, have enabled the management of the plant’s intelligently.

In Vuhan, China’s telecommunications are the five largest quarified intellectual factory in China - - Central Korea (Whanhan) Petroleum Industries Ltd. builds an intellectual factory that offers five G applications based on 5G data collection and video surveillance, machine visualization, 5G+MEC, using the digitization and intelligentization services of the 5G customization network to make plant production safer and efficient.
