A DAO(Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is a community-led entity with no central authority. Decisions get made from the bottom-up.It is fully autonomous and transparent: smart contracts lay the foundational rules, execute the agreed upon decisions, and at any point, proposals, voting, and even the very code itself can be publicly audited.DAOs are internet-native organizations collectively owned and managed by their members. DAO(去中心化自治组织)，是一个社区主导的实体，没有中央权威。决策是自下而上做出的。它是完全自主和透明的：智能合约奠定了基础规则，执行商定的决定，并且在任何时候，提案、投票，甚至代码本身都可以公开审计。DAO 是由其成员集体拥有和管理的互联网原生组织。
