概括：Goerli上的gETH分别兑换成stETH & rETH，再把stETH & rETH进行质押 一、Goerli上需要有gETH（gETH代表Goerli上ETH，钱包里显示为ETH或GoerliETH） 买水链接： https://testnetbridge.com/ 二、在Goerli上gETH换stETH 打开小狐狸钱包点击发送粘贴合约地址 0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F继续确认即可获得stETH 钱包首页点击添加资产，合约地址0x1643E812aE58766192Cf7D2Cf9567dF2C37e9B7F三、在Goerli上gETH换rETH https://testnet.rocketpool.net/四、将 stETH & rETH进行质押 https://goerli.eigenlayer.xyz/ 分别点击两个池子，跳转后在Deposit选项下输入数量即可以上Subscribe
