_We are the generation that inherited the most beautiful place on earth and was never allowed to own it. We paid taxes we couldn't afford, on salaries we couldn't live on, in apartments we could barely rent. A land that was sold, quietly, repeatedly, to the same families, the same names, the same bloodlines that have been feeding on this country for generations while the rest of us learned to call it normal._

_It was never normal._

_They govern us with one hand and rob us with the other. They pass the laws and break them first. They own the media that tells us nothing happened. They make the calls that make the evidence disappear. They attend the funerals of the people they killed and cry real tears because they are that good at it. They wiretap our phones and tap our patience and they have been doing it so long they stopped being careful._

_Nemesis is not a political party. We are not a movement, not a protest, nothing that can be arrested or silenced or co-opted or absorbed. We are an art project and a community born in the misery, the grief, the fury and the extraordinary painful beauty of Greece 2.0. Because expression is the only solution for all of us. Otherwise we are just punks with ugly tattoos. Art is our weapon and our language and our memory. We use it to express what cannot be said, to show the world what is being hidden, to document what they are trying to erase, and to rewrite the history they have been writing for us without our consent. Every image, every word, every piece we make is an act of refusal. A refusal to forget. A refusal to normalize. A refusal to disappear quietly into the poverty and the silence they designed for us._
