Hi, and welcome to the newest issue of NFT Matrix, where I present NFT Artists’ work. There is no presumption or judgement here, only exposure. The artist I am presenting is ayeovidiu. Surreal and dark is how I would describe their work. I look at a couple of the artist’s pieces from their various platforms and provide my feelings and thoughts. Hope you enjoy, I’m always open to feedback.

**Piece: “**The last man**”**

The staircases are a nice nod to Escher, with a megacity in the background. This piece seems to speak to the pain of being alone in a big city or society, a doomed soul forever searching.

The animation in this piece is striking and adds a zap to a dark meditation on what being terminally online does to our minds.

I like the references to Dali in this piece. The colors remind me of the gawdy optimistic colors from the 1950s. This piece is also interesting since it changes 3 times a day.
