# Cat Sanctuary need your help

Hello, everyone.

My name is Niya. I adopt cats with peculiarities of health and behavior, the shelter is my non-profit project, which I have been creating and maintaining for the last 15 years.

All cats (now more than 40) are here permanently. We do not do any fostering.

Here live cats with severe chronic infectious diseases (leukemia, immunodeficiency, both in progressive stage and in carrier), with kidney and liver failure, with the consequences of spinal injuries (with partially restored functions and not), with malignant thyrotoxicosis, with heart failure, blind cats, amputees, old people (my eldest cat Katie will soon be 20 years old, but we will never know the exact age of many grandfathers from the street).

They can all live joyful and fulfilling lives, because cats don't know how to reflex about their physical condition. The main thing for them is the absence of pain, weakness and other symptoms that reduce the quality of life. Then they are happy and bring joy to everyone who interacts with them.

Now the prices of veterinary services and drugs are inevitably rising, and we can't do without them. That is why we need support more than ever before.
