# Assemble your alpha group

Simple advice for those starting out on the web3. Although I think it will be useful to everyone. Assemble your alpha group, which will consist of several people (3-6). You can share your experience and knowledge with them. And get the same in return. I think it is cool! See different situations from the outside and hear the opinions of people you are confident in. Rule of thumb is win-win!
