欧科链讯消息，The Block研究副总裁Larry Cermak发推称“马斯克头像中出现的一只BAYC归我认识的人所有，我已经指示我的律师代表他向您发送了一封停止函，感谢您的理解，我也是您的粉丝！”但随后Larry Cermak又澄清道不要对他的言论太过认真，自己只是想开个玩笑。据悉，马斯克昨日将推特头像更换为Bored Ape Yacht Club相关图片后发推：“我不知道……似乎有点同质化”。现在，马斯克已将BAYC相关头像换下。
