08.03 AMA Summary!

*   The proportion between PoW and PoS is assumingly equal
    
*   Code update will be released today or tomorrow
    
*   You will be able to create transaction starting from the Phase 1
    
*   MSM stands for Multi-Scalar Multiplications and FFT stands for Fast Fourier Transforms. Both of them used as mathematical primitives
    
*   There will be approximately 1000 validators max
    
*   Coinbase puzzles are heavier so they need more resources therefore the rewards for solving them are higher. But proofs of programs that need to be executed don't require too much of resources
    
*   Testnet 2 addresses will not be compatible for Testnet 3 because of the key scheme change
    
*   Provers should be able to use GPU for this Testnet
    
*   Leo is more focused on ZK, so there are more math primitives involved comparing to Solidity
    
*   Aleo will provide tools to help developers gather all of the records (utxo)
    
*   For the last year Jules has been focused on optimizing cryptography and cutting down proving time
    
*   There will still be no gas, even though the goal is to create a hybrid of Ethereum and Zexe
    
*   AleoBFT time is about 10-15 sec and TPS is 100 naively speaking
    
*   There will be a new transaction type - deploy program. Docs will be released soon
    
*   With the growth of the project we can solidify more use cases of ZK cryptography. For Jules most interesting ones are games on-chain (e.g. pocker) and a new voting mechanism
