[7-day data](https://oneland.world/#/main) shows VRE market cap for the 10 projects on [OneLand](https://oneland.world/#/main) up 1.84% to 676,129 ETH, supported by rises in land caps for [Otherside](https://oneland.world/#/main/otherside?selectkey=tradeAnalytics) (+ 0.88%), [The Sandbox](https://oneland.world/#/main/sandbox?selectkey=tradeAnalytics) (+6.2%) and [Decentraland](https://oneland.world/#/main/decentraland?selectkey=basicInfo) (+1.96%).

But with ETH seeing out the week down 8.93%, the entire crypto market feeling the reverberations of a BTC freefall that kicked off Thursday, VRE caps in USD terms finished out the week worse for wear, -6.67% to $1.14 billion. Overall crypto market cap ended the week down [9.67%](https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/).

In line with that, major metaverse tokens $SAND (-15.4%), $MANA (-13.9%) and $APE (-20%) plummeted.

The notable exception was $TOPIA, down just 1%, as HYTOPIA presented its updated, and apparently justifiably hyped, blockchain - see **Project Updates**, below. More notably, $TOPIA’s [listing on CoinGecko](https://twitter.com/Hytopian/status/1691851821197787230?s=20) Wednesday saw it soar to close in on ATHs.

Overall, data showed land trading firing up around the Metaverse, all but 2 of the 10 projects experiencing upturns in sales and volumes, and OneLand-listed projects recording its highest aggregate [volume](https://oneland.world/#/main) in 6 weeks.

[Voxels](https://oneland.world/#/main/cryptovoxel?selectkey=basicInfo) looked the standout, with volume and sales numbers up 412% and 264% respectively. Meanwhile, a Premium LAND passed hands for 29.99 ETH at [The Sandbox](https://oneland.world/#/main/sandbox?selectkey=tradeAnalytics), a top sale in over 3mths.

But things get clearer when peaking into [Otherside](https://oneland.world/#/main/otherside?selectkey=tradeAnalytics), where 7-day volume reached its highest in 6 weeks (+61.1%), due to a slew of 18-20 ETH trades in the space of 24hrs - of the same [Deed](https://etherscan.io/nft/0x34d85c9cdeb23fa97cb08333b511ac86e1c4e258/46205)! Meanwhile, land cap of [Otherdeeds](https://oneland.world/#/main/otherside?selectkey=tradeAnalytics) achieved its first weekly movement to the upside in 3mths.

A TBA makes it possible for NFTs to have their own wallet, the token itself holding custody of other tokens, incl. NFTs!

**HYTOPIA — 8.16:** Hytopia finalized its initial baseline **contract** for on-chain player accounts, meaning:

*   Players can sign in to HYTOPIA via email and Discord
    
*   Smart contract account wallets tie to player accounts
