# zk.money Airdrop

[zk.money](https://twitter.com/aztecnetwork) is a Layer 2 privacy app enabling users to privately transfer $ETH, $DAI and $renBTC. It is built on top of the Aztec network, a ZK rollup on Ethereum. Aztec is comparble to [zkSync](https://medium.com/@CalendarDefi/airdrop-guide-zksync-zigzag-a83ef3b33b70) but with a focus on privacy.

zk.money and Aztec network are already live on mainnet. As there are no tokens yet for both projects, early users might be rewarded with an airdrop later on. Ethereum mainnet gas fees are also low at the moment (<50 gwei) so it might be a good time to experience the project.

Note: This is a potential airdrop candidate. There has been no confirmations from the project that they will introduce a token and/or airdrop to users.

We will be working on Ethereum mainnet. Before starting, make sure you have $ETH on your Ethereum mainnet address. 0.01 $ETH is needed for the minimum deposit to open an zk.money account and some $ETH for gas fees (<0.01 $ETH).
