# Ithil Protocol Testnet

Good morning. Today I’m writing about Ithil Protocol. Ithil is a financial interoperability layer that connects the whole web3 space facilitating new value creation via crowdlending. It is supported by Balancer, Aave and Aura. Let’s start the testnet. Go to https://testnet.ithil.fi/dashboard Connect wallet. Then go to Faucet page and get some test tokens by clicking Redeem button and Approve in wallet.Ithil ProtocolNow go to Trade tab and start trading. I selected Margin Trading.Ithil ProtocolChoose Long or Short, choose the token you want to trade, enter an amount of token. Click Approve button and then Open button. That’s it.
