# OB企业钱包用例-企业链上财务审批流

企业 MPC 钱包的应用场景之一包含企业财务审批流。员工发起财务审批后，财务会对资金申请进行审批，之后老板再审批，上下级明确。确保每一笔资金的出入都详细记录，保障资金安全。

企业财务钱包审批流程
----------

1.  **创建企业钱包** 点击钱包首页右上角，选择 创建多链钱包， 选择 企业钱包

**1.邀请企业钱包成员** 创建企业钱包成功后，即可邀请管理员，以及团队成员。（注意：一旦设定团队成员身份后，成员无法升级为管理员，且没有MPC单元，请谨慎选择成员身份）

**邀请管理员：** 点击 **邀请管理员**，输入管理员的 OpenBlock 账号邮箱地址，点击 **邀请**。管理员接受邀请。

在此应用场景中，管理员将会是企业的「老板」，「财务1」和「财务2」。受邀请人 同意 来自邀请人的邀请

受邀请人的钱包界面将出现 加入钱包 的邀请，同时设置好 昵称，在 企业认证码 生成成功后，将其发送给邀请人进行身份验证

邀请人点击 \*\*协助初始化，\*\*输入 **企业验证码**，认证团队成员身份，点击 **确定**。邀请人认证团队成员身份后，将同步开启 MPC 单元初始化。MPC 单元初始化成功后，该成员将获得管理员的身份

**2.邀请团队成员：** 点击 **邀请团队成员**，输入团队成员的 OpenBlock 账号邮箱地址，点击 **邀请**。

发起邀请后，管理员 1 进入 **签署审批**，点击 **审批详情**，点击 **同意**，通过审批。_（假设为 2-3 设定，3 个管理员中，至少需要2 人同意后才可通过审批）_

管理员 2 进入 签署审批，点击 审批详情，点击 同意，通过审批。

审批通过后，成员会在其钱包右上角收到一条加入企业钱包邀请，点击 **查看**。

管理员点击 协助初始化，输入 企业验证码，认证团队成员身份，点击 确定。身份验证成功后，将会同步开始 MPC 单元初始化，成功后该成员将获得团队成员的身份

受邀团队成员 企业认证码 生成成功后，将其发送给邀请人进行身份验证

邀请人复制该邀请码，点击 确认，认证团队成员身份

身份认证成功后，将会进行 MPC 单元初始化

添加成功后，可以在 **团队成员** 中查看团队成员信息，对团队成员进行管理

_在此应用场景中，仅管理员持有 MPC 单元（拥有半片私钥，另外半片在OpenBlock服务器）。员工没有审批权限，仅可协助其他成员通过验证码重置 MPC 单元。_

**3.进行财务申请及审批 场景1： 假设员工发起一笔财务转账（驳回申请）**

_申请提交成功后，需等待管理员审批，审批通过后将自动完成链上转账_

团队成员可通过点击 签署审批，点击 待处理，查看需要处理的审判申请

_管理员会收到转账审批，点击 审批详情。如要驳回此笔转账申请，点击 驳回。（假设为 2-3 设定，3 个管理员中，至少需要 2 人驳回后才可驳回审批）_

审批结束后，可点击 签署审批，点击 已处理，查看审批结果

**场景2: 假设员工发起一笔财务转账 （通过申请）**

同意转账申请后，输入支付密码，进行转账操作

审批结束后，可点击 签署审批，点击 已处理，查看审批结

4.修改决策模型

如需修改决策模型，可点击 \*\*决策模型，\*\*点击 **修改**。

修改完成后，点击 **保存**。（修改后需全部管理员通过才可生效）

管理员进入 签署审批，待处理，点击 决策模型修改，同意 决策模型修改，输入支付密码

### 5.修改交易审批流

点击 **交易审批流**，设置或修改审批节点，点击 **保存**。（假设为 2-3 设定，3 个管理员中，至少需要 2 人同意后才可通过此审批）

### 6.团队成员管理

点击 **团队成员** 对其进行管理，包含：权限管理，移除成员和协助重置

点击 **权限管理**，选择该成员可拥有的权限，点击 **确定修改**。

点击 **协助重置**。管理员将收到重置验证码，可发给团队成员进行协助重置。

点击 移出成员，点击 **确认**

审批通过后，该成员将被移除

### 7.重置 MPC 单元

当团队成员丢失 OpenBlock 企业钱包 MPC 单元时，需要重置 MPC 单元，点击 **重新认证身份**

点击 **确认** 重置
