Share and learn. 9:00 - 9:15 Break BioBreak - Cognitive Recharge - Stretch, Breath, Meditate - No Work 9:15 - 11:00 Session 1 In the Business. Client Updates, Projects, High Focus Work - Tasking and Assignments, Highly Noted, Tactical In Nature. Projects are broken into chapters and prompt-marked for reference and recall. This will include P&L Balance Sheet and Financials. 11:00 - 12:30 - Lunch, Stretch, Email Break 12:30 - 2:00 Session 2 On the Business. Strategy, Marketing, Automation (Power Apps), Web3 Integration. Social and Governance, Protocols, Teams Updates, Devs, and Workshop Items. Simple fixes and updates can be done during this session, but mostly noted for weekly progress updates. Longer-term objectives may require a project plan, Team creation, and timeline with Gannt. 2:00 - 3:00 Async Hour BioBreak - Cognitive Recharge - Async 3:00 - 4:00 Sync Hour Side-by-side updates. Anything that can be recapped, changed, or established in the moment. 4:00 - on Async Reflection Each meeting will be established as its own calendar entry and cataloged by the headings as follows:Our HourIn the BusinessOn the BusinessSync HourNOTES: We will save these recordings to Orion General > Recordings. A folder will be established for each category. We’ll need to automate this ‘save-to’ location process so there isn’t any admin work on the backside. We will use traditional cameras for Our Hour and Sync Hour. We’ll use avatar to avatar for both working sessions. Any changes to this meeting will be noted here and updated on the blockchain. Users will mint this NFT, which will give them voting visibility and validation on Snapshot.
