关于香港资本圈与大陆地产商之间的奇异互动，我再举一个例子：2008年金融海啸期间大陆地产商纷纷濒临破产，那时候很多地产商选择在香港发高息债券，15-25%利率的大把，好在总能借到一些救命钱。 去年下半年开始，伴随着香港资本圈流动性的匮乏，大陆地产商群体是真借不到钱了，无论多高的息都借不到钱了，因此也导致更多地产商暴雷。这就是奇妙的连锁反应了。
