# Introducing Monad Drop: The Parity Rewards Program

Monad Drop is **Parity’s rewards program** that measures participation across the Monad ecosystem and converts it into rewards.

Trading, liquidity provision, and ecosystem contribution on Parity are not treated as isolated events. They are recorded, accumulated, and evaluated within a single system.

Monad Drop quantifies this participation through Points and Badges,  
and directly connects the results to rewards.

### **Points**

Users earn points through direct interaction with the Parity protocol, including:

*   Trading activity executed on Parity
    
*   Liquidity provision and pool participation
    
*   Ecosystem expansion through referral activity
    

Not all activity is equal.  
Pools with higher risk exposure or strategic importance receive higher point multipliers, reflecting their relative contribution to liquidity depth and protocol resilience.

Accumulated points serve as the basis for future reward mechanisms and determine leaderboard rankings.

### **Badges**

Badges identify participants whose involvement extends beyond episodic usage and represent meaningful contribution.

Each badge carries clear criteria and tangible rewards. Rarer badges confer greater benefits, reflecting deeper participation.

Monad Drop introduces a badge system structured across four categories:

*   **Parity:** Milestones achieved directly within the Parity protocol
    
*   **Monad:** Early ecosystem participation and holding of Monad assets
    
*   **Partner:** Engagement with integrated protocols and partner initiatives
    
*   **Community:** Ownership of specific NFTs and contributions that strengthen ecosystem identity
    

An initial selection of badges is available at launch, with the collection expanding continuously over time.

### **How Participation Compounds**

Built on top of Points and Badges, Monad Drop incorporates mechanisms designed to extend participation over time.

**Milestone-Based Airdrops**

*   As Parity reaches predefined TVL milestones, additional airdrop pools are unlocked.
    
*   As the ecosystem grows together, rewards flow back to toward early and active participants.
    

**Leaderboard**

*   The leaderboard reflects cumulative contribution across the Parity protocol. Rankings are determined by total points earned.
    
*   It highlights participants whose engagement compounds over time.  
    Top ranked users unlock eligibility for additional reward allocations.
    

**Daily Jackpot**

*   The Daily Jackpot introduces randomness layered on top of consistent participation.
    
*   Each day, one wallet is randomly selected from users who interacted with Parity during the previous 24 hours. The jackpot size scales with overall daily protocol activity.
