# How can I buy $PENT?

I - Starting from a CEX
-----------------------

### CEX → Metamask

*   Once your funds are on a CEX, make sure that it offers to send $MATIC through the Polygon BlockChain.
    
    In the case of Binance or Coinbase, this is possible :

If this is the case, you will just have to buy $MATIC on your CEX and send them to your Metamask address.

II - Metamask → $PENT

### Metamask → $PENT

*   Once your funds are on Metamask, make sure it is on the Polygon blockchain.
    

> If you don't have the Polygon BlockChain (this is the case if you just created your Metamask account, [here is a link](https://autofarm.gitbook.io/autofarm-network/how-tos/polygon-chain-matic/metamask-add-polygon-matic-network) explaining how to add Polygon).

You will see your amount on Metamask like this.

Now you have to go to a **DEX** (Decentralized exchange). I suggest you **QuickSwap**, it's the most known on Polygon.

### Process:

*   Once on [QuickSwap](https://quickswap.exchange/#/swap), put the address of the token you want to swap (here $PENT)
    
*   Click on "Select a token"

*   Enter the contract here

*   Then select your amount (here 0.1 $MATIC)

*   Add the token on Metamask to be able to see it in it (the step is not necessary though)
